This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood located in Bristow, Virginia is one of the smaller communities in the area. Built in the early 1990s, there are about 110 single-family homes here. The neighborhood is actually made up of two “legal subdivisions”. You’ll find that the legal description of the neighborhoods are Pineborough and Rock Hill Estates. But for search purposes, it’s all Amberleigh Station. If your REALTOR® is not aware of that, your listing could be entered into the MLS incorrectly which could cause you to lose some buyer exposure.
The neighborhood is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Promenade is just a short drive away, and the Virginia Gateway Center is also nearby. The neighborhood is also close to several schools.
Students living in this community attend Bristow Run Elementary School, Gainesville Middle School, and Patriot High School.
