There are a lot of Manassas and Prince William County events this weekend including First Friday in Manassas, the Fall Jubilee, and the Joe Gibbs Country Fair at Youth For Tomorrow.
First Friday – Come out to Manassas on Friday night, October 4th. The streets will be closed and the ABC Special Events Permit is in place to allow public drinking (responsibly). Shop, stroll, and listen to live music!
Manassas Fall Jubilee – The 37th Annual Fall Jubilee is October 5th from 10:00-5:00. This family-friendly event includes craft booths, entertainment, live music. This event is free to the public.
Country Fair at Youth For Tomorrow – The Country Fair is also Saturday, October 5th from 10:00-5:00. With more than 80 rides and amusements, hayrides, three petting zoos, pony rides, and face painting, the kids are sure to find lots to do! Admission is $10 and kids ride and play all day!
The Farm Brewery at Broad Run – The Nomini Bay Oyster Ranch will be having Oysterfest on Saturday, October 5th starting at 11:00 am.
Fall Festival in the Park at Silver Lake – Nature guides will lead patrons through the park on an autumn scavenger hunt. We will simmer a large cauldron of apple butter over an open fire to enjoy on hot biscuits, fresh from the Dutch oven. Make your own corn husk doll. Enjoy autumn crafts, games, stories, and hayrides through the park. Sip on delicious warm cider. Fee: $8/person
